Wild Swimming

Cold water immersion has so many benefits, being outdoors has so many benefits, combine the two together, step into the wild, and experience the incredible sensation that is wild swimming. Surrounded by nature, we push our bodies past our comforts, testing our strength and resilience and both slowing down and turning down our internal dialogue.

So come and get chilly, then warm up after with good chats and a warm drink.
