Rock Climbing

Climbing is my passion, I love the feeling of making very precise moves to dance up the face of a rock. Let me share this passion with you and guide you through a taste of rock climbing. We can organise group introductory sessions or personal skills in climbing, indoor or outdoor!

Climbing gives us an opportunity to switch off and focus solely on mindful and fluid movement. Through an introductory session we can learn core skills to keep us safe whilst on the rock, and from there we can develop skills in balance, coordination and footwork (along with lots of other top tips) to enhance your confidence and ability in moving up a wall.

There is always the other option of simply stepping outside your comfort zone and just trying something new, without the worry of having to be any good at all!!
