Walking

Come for a walk!! We can arrange anything from small circular walks to exciting mountain days, let me guide you with navigation and safety so you can switch off and relax into nature. 

A day walking can mean whatever you want it to mean! We can organise heading up into the mountains, looking at navigational skills, general safety advice, and all things flora and fauna. Or we could just go for a walk, chat about life and connect, through immersing ourselves within beautiful outdoor spaces. It doesn't even have to be up a big hill if that doesn't take your fancy!!

My theory is, the more we get ourselves moving, the healthier and happier we'll be within ourselves. So please don't automatically assume scary ascents and rocky scrambles, it could simply be a chilled out stroll to see some of natures amazing landscapes with lots of breaks and (potentially more importantly) lots of snacks!

However, if you are in the mood for some bigger adventures, a days work to reach a summit utilising map reading skills and a bit of a heavier backpack is always on the cards too.
